It’s been a joy for Lois and me to follow Sandy’s life journey over the years. When I read her captivating book, Love Worth the Wait, in a matter of hours, I knew I had a dynamic and practical resource that I wanted to get out to others. Lois and I gave over 100 copies to our ministry partners, friends at church and a few folks overseas. The feedback from AIDS victims in Africa to innocent pre-teens in Kansas has been amazing. Thanks, Sandy, for your honesty, vulnerability and Biblical teaching. God is being glorified!

I loved this book! It was so encouraging for me in my walk with God! I am currently in college and struggle with many of the issues mentioned in the book. Through everything in it, God spoke. I needed to read it and hear about Sandy’s trials and blessed times as well. How I got the book is amazing – One day my friend was walking around campus and she told me that a man approached her and asked her about the university. During that conversation, she learned that he was the husband of the author, and offered her a free book. Following this meeting, we each agreed to read it over the summer. We have been talking about it and telling others about it ever since! It is amazing that this book is exactly what we needed! God definitely provides! Thanks so much! Blessings.

I found the story extremely encouraging. The fact that someone could wait several years, and that God will provide everything you could ever wish for in a husband. Not only did the story bless me, but it also gave me a practical guide for my own adventure in waiting on the Lord in matters of the heart.

“Love Worth The Wait” was such a blessing to read! Not only was it helpful to me to really learn what a true pursuit looks like, but it also encouraged my boyfriend with how to pursue me as a woman. It also was really encouraging to me spiritually. God has really blessed this book and has used it in a lot of people’s lives already. It’s been an encouragement to men and women. I can’t wait to see where God is going to take this book. It’s a great guideline, but not like other books I have read. It is more of an example-like guideline, showing how God has blessed and used the Weyeneth’s and their story. This is a must-read for single’s, dating couples, engaged couple’s and even married couples! It is a true blessing in many different ways.

I found “Love Worth the Wait” to be an excellent read. It kept my attention and certainly gave me some awesome spiritual insights to consider. For those that are single and waiting for God’s best, “Love Worth the Wait” emphasizes His faithfulness and love for His children while He lovingly guides us to the best.

There is something quite different about this book which lets it stand out among others. Instead of just laying out “ground rules” for living a Godly single life and entering into a relationship, it tells about the struggles with desires in being a single Christian, but holds up the truth about God’s faithfulness in His promises above it all. It is a great source of encouragement for those who still believe that in honoring God, He will honor you. “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”

What a must read! “Love Worth the Wait” was so enlightening and very refreshing. Here you are given the chance to look at pure courtship from the start to the marriage proposal. This courtship no doubt brought glory to our Father. We have heard so many times that long distance relationships do not work—well this one proves that when God is at the center of the relationship and that you are allowing God to shape the outcome, then it will work and glorify Him.
From high school girls to single ladies that have been on their own for a while, they all really need to read “Love Worth the Wait”. It gives so much power of remaining pure until marriage. Sandy shares her heart on this matter and God rewarded her with one of His men to love her.
I hope to see a Bible study for singles come from the book. Awesome!!
